2015-16 Big Ten Bowl Projections After Week 8

Big Ten bowl projections following Week 8 of the 2015-16 season. Ohio State remains on path to represent the conference in the College Football Playoff.

Ohio State stays on course, while Michigan State and Iowa remain undefeated.

All Ohio State has done the last 21 games is win. With their latest, dominating victory over Rutgers last Saturday night, the Buckeyes are still on course for a spot in the College Football Playoff. A showdown with undefeated Michigan State and rising Michigan are still on the docket, as well as a potential game against Iowa in the Big Ten Championship Game, which could determine who represents the Big Ten in the playoff.

The Spartans pulled away late from Indiana, and are expected to make the Rose Bowl, but the game in Columbus on November 21 against Ohio State could change that.

A total of 10 Big Ten teams are projected to play in bowl games, while Rutgers, Maryland, Minnesota and Purdue are left out in the cold.
