Company Profile
Stadium is the original multi-platform sports network featuring exclusive live and on-demand games and events, extensive highlights, classic games, original programming, and daily live studio programming. Stadium includes a 24/7 linear feed distributed across both digital and broadcast platforms, as well as a comprehensive array of on-demand (VOD) digital content including additional live games and events.
The Stadium venture was announced in March 2017 and officially launched on August 21, 2017.
Why was the network created?
Stadium was formed when Campus Insiders, 120 Sports and American Sports Network combined forces to take advantage of a combined collection of professional and collegiate rights and full game archives, as well as to maximize access to a broad array of post-game highlights, up-to-the-moment news, and original, long-form programming.
Stadium was built through the merging of 120 Sports’ live studio operations, Silver Chalice’s Campus Insiders’ live collegiate games and Sinclair’s American Sports Network’s (ASN) distribution and live collegiate games. The three entities joined forces in the spring of 2017.
