It's time for ACC football once again. Here are the Week 1 picks, as well as full schedule, TV channels for each game, and any available live streams.
Goodbye offseason, hello 2015 ACC football season.
Four Atlantic Coast teams open on Thursday, including an inter-state battle between
North Carolina and South Carolina in Charlotte. The Tar Heels will debut new
defensive coordinator Gene Chizik in hopes that he will improve the defense from a year ago.
Later that night, No. 16 Georgia Tech will face off against Alcorn State. The Yellow Jackets are eyeing an ACC championship
after falling to FSU, 37-35, in the title game last season.
Duke and Tulane also play on Thursday night.
On Friday, a battle of the Northeast takes place as Syracuse
hosts the Rhode Island Rams.
Saturday is full of action, starting with No. 12 Clemson
hosting Wofford and Virginia traveling cross-country to play No. 13 UCLA.
Louisville takes on No. 6 ranked Auburn in a
neutral site game in Atlanta. Bobby Petrino and the Cardinals have the opportunity to make some noise in front of a nationally-televised audience.
Defending ACC champion No. 10 Florida State begins the
post-Jameis Winston era when they host Texas State at Doak Campbell Stadium.
On Monday, Virginia Tech will try to knock off the No. 1
Ohio State Buckeyes for the second season in a row. The Hokies were the only team to defeat Ohio
State last season, as they walked out of Ohio Stadium with a 35-21 victory.
