    And You Care Because … It took three quarters, but Arkansas eventually pulled away in the fourth with Alex Collins running for a 14-yard touchdown and Kody Walker adding a ten-yard scoring dash. Collins also scored on touchdown runs from 22 and 13 yards away, but Kansas State hung around on three Matthew McCrane field goals and highlighted by a 48-yard Winston Dimel touchdown catch – his second score of the day – to pull within four in the third. Arkansas had an answer with a nine play, 82-yard drive finishing with a six-yard Jeremy Sprinkle catch.

    – Arkansas RB Alex Collins ran 23 times for 185 yards and three touchdowns

    – Arkansas QB Brandon Allen completed 20-of-26 passes for 315 yards and a score with a pick.

    Game Rating: B-. Kansas State didn’t play well, but it stayed alive. The problem was the offense settled for field goals instead of getting touchdowns, but even though it struggled, it was still a decent game – better than the final score. Arkansas was just terrific when it had to be offensively.
