Predicting the 2019 Over/Under Win Totals for the Pac-12

The Pac-12 has two divisions just like the ACC, SEC and Big Ten, but the main difference in this league is that there are only 12 teams instead of 14. With a nine-game conference schedule in place, each team plays four cross-division games, leading to a fairly balanced Pac-12 slate. It’s time to break down […]

Predicting the 2019 Over/Under Win Totals for the Big 12

The Big 12 is the only conference in major college football that doesn’t have two divisions, so the conference’s 10 schools annually play each other once in a round robin format. The top two teams from the conference standings then meet in the Big 12 Championship. This leads to a very straight forward schedule analysis […]

Predicting the 2019 Over/Under Win Totals for the Big Ten

After predicting the 2019 over/under win totals for the ACC and SEC,  let’s turn to the Big Ten — a conference with its own unique scheduling format. While the ACC and SEC both utilize an eight-game conference schedule, the Big Ten deploys a nine-game format. In theory, this makes the regular season for all their teams […]

Predicting the 2019 Over/Under Win Totals for the SEC

I wrote in yesterday’s ACC-centric breakdown about how the schedule is one of the most important factors when looking at over/under win totals. That’s especially true in the SEC with permanent cross-division rivals. A team like Tennessee is at a disadvantage because they play Alabama every year. Georgia-Auburn and Florida-LSU are also annual matchups, which automatically […]

Predicting the 2019 Over/Under Win Totals for the ACC

It’s still too early to preview the 2019 college football season, but one thing that can be analyzed is the schedule for each team. Some teams get fortunate by having a soft non-conference schedule and/or getting to play the weaker teams on the other side of their division. Other programs might have a strong roster […]

These Four Football Programs Will Be Overvalued in the Betting Market After Bowl Wins
