It’ll be a close race for the Big Ten crown. We’ve got updates and information as the tournament approaches.

The Indiana Hoosiers ended the regular season as one of the hottest teams in college basketball. Minus a disappointing loss to Penn State in early February, Tom Crean’s squad has looked magnificent, picking up wins over Purdue, Iowa, and Maryland to close out the year and grab the No. 1 seed in the Big Ten tournament.

Despite the Hoosiers’ remarkable achievements, the Big Ten crown is up for grabs for virtually anyone in the conference. Michigan State, Maryland, Purdue, Iowa, and Wisconsin all represent viable candidates that could make win the conference tournament and earn the auto-bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Not only that, but each can make a legitimate case for a run at the Final Four. The Big Ten is absolutely stacked, with Player of the Year and All-American candidates such as Denzel Valentine, Yogi Ferrell, Jarrod Uthoff, and Melo Trimble.

That’s a whole lot of fire power, and it will make for one heck of a conference tournament. Here’s how the seeding for the Big Ten tournament stands.
