After having five of their first six games canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, FAU hopes to have enough players ready to take on C-USA foe Marshall. The Owls will turn to dual-threat QB Nick Tronti, who’s leading the team in both passing and rushing yards, to knock off the undefeated Thundering Herd.

Sitting at 4-0 for the first time since 2014, look for Marshall’s dominant defense to set the tone early and demonstrate why they’re only allowing 9.5 points per game in 2020. Add in bruising RB Brenden Knox, and it’s clear why the team is off to such a hot start.

Marshall leads the all-time series 6-1, including two consecutive victories.
