Central Michigan 31, Monmouth 10 In Three Things

1. CMU coasted to an easy win scoring the first 24 points. Cooper Rush threw two early touchdown passes, finding Corey Willis for a 17-yard score and dropping the hammer with an 83-yard scoring play to Ben McCord.

2. Monmouth finally got on the board in the second quarter on a 37-yard Matt White field goal. CMU answered right back on a one-yard Joe Bacci TD catch.

3. Monmouth finally got into the end zone on a seven-yard Zach Welch run in the third.
