The Colorado State Rams will host the University of Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners at Hughes Stadium afternoon.

Mike Bobo’s second season as head coach of the Rams did not get off to the best start last weekend. Colorado State fell to in-state rival Colorado, 44-7. Transfer quarterback Faton Bauta, who played for Bobo at Georgia, will get the start over Nick Stevens.

The first game of the season was a different story for the Roadrunners, who are in their first season under head coach Frank Wilson. UTSA took down Alabama State, 26-13, thanks to the play of quarterback Dalton Sturm. He completed 20-of-25 passes for 274 yards and two touchdowns.

The 2015 meeting between the Rams and Roadrunners ended with a 33-31 win for Colorado State. That was the first-ever meeting between Colorado State and UTSA.
