In afternoon games, Rice travels to Waco to take on College Football Playoff hopeful No. 5 Baylor at 3:00 p.m. ET and Marshall faces Kent State at 3:30 p.m. ET.

At 7:00 p.m. ET, UTSA hosts Mountain West member Colorado State while FIU travels to Charlotte to take on the 49ers.

Action is wrapped up on Saturday with an 8:00 p.m. ET game between UTEP and Incarnate Word.
