Kentucky vs. Texas A&M prediction, online live stream and TV broadcast information for Saturday’s game.

The No. 14 Kentucky Wildcats will roll into College Station, Texas to battle the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday in a highly anticipated SEC matchup.

The Wildcats (20-6, 10-3 SEC) have won four straight games, including an 80-70 win over Tennessee in Lexington, Ky. Thursday night. After blowing a 21-point lead last time against Tennessee, Kentucky got its lead and never let it go. The Wildcats led by six at half and piled on the Vols in the second frame as their lead grew to as many as 22. Kentucky spread the defense out, shot well from three (45.8 percent) and took care of the ball by only committing eight turnovers on the night. The two-headed monster of Jamal Murray (28 points, nine rebounds) and Derek Willis (25 points) led the Wildcats offensively.

The Aggies (19-7, 8-5 SEC) finally got back on the right track Tuesday night snapping their four-game losing streak with a 71-56 win over Ole Miss. Texas A&M came from behind in the first half and took a five-point lead into the midway point. The Aggies held onto that lead as they opened the second half on a 13-5 run and were able to hold off the Rebels for a win they desperately needed. It wasn’t an impressive game for Texas A&M, who didn’t do anything particularly well, but it did have a big advantage on the boards (46-31), which led to some extra opportunities. Danuel House led four Aggies in double figures with 13 points and added seven rebounds.

Saturday’s matchup between Kentucky and Texas A&M will be the eighth all-time, with the Wildcats leading the series, 5-2. Kentucky has won the last three meetings between the two programs.

    Prediction

The Aggies are at home, and they’re desperate for quality wins. Unfortunately, they’re running into a buzzsaw right now in the Kentucky Wildcats. Reed Arena will be loud, but Calipari’s team is up for the challenge and will claim its fifth consecutive win. The key for the Wildcats is finding that third scorer alongside Jamal Murray and Tyler Ulis. Derek Willis showed he could be that guy last time out vs. Tennessee, but can he churn out a similar performance in a hostile environment? Stay tuned.
