For Urban Meyer, the upcoming Rivalry Week matchup against Michigan holds even more meaning than College Football Playoff implications. The Buckeyes are set to host 5-star defensive tackle Marvin Wilson for an official visit during T Game on November 26, as he confirmed on his Twitter account on Monday night.

The No. 1 defensive tackle and No. 11 overall recruit in the country, Wilson couldn’t have picked a better weekend to spend in Columbus. With both Ohio State and Michigan having a shot at the College Football Playoff, he’ll experience the rivalry at its peak intensity.

This will be Wilson’s third official visit. His first two were to Florida State on Oct. 28 and Oklahoma on Sept. 17. He was originally scheduled to visit Alabama on Nov. 5, but his teammate, 5-star offensive tackle Walker Little, wasn’t able to attend the Crimson Tide’s matchup against LSU with him, so he canceled his visit.

His most recent visit was an unofficial trip to LSU on Oct. 29. While the Tigers did have a strong chance to impress Wilson, he didn’t appear too fond of LSU’s decision to fire Les Miles. Along with the Tigers, Wilson also took unofficial visits to Baylor, Houston, Ole Miss, Texas and Texas A&M.

Wilson, from Bellaire, Texas, is listed at 6’4″ and 329 pounds.
