Michigan State Upset By Middle Tennessee: Twitter Reactions Go Wild

Michigan State was upset by Middle Tennessee in the NCAA Tournament. Twitter reactions go wild.

The Twitter reactions roasted Michigan State after Middle Tennessee pulled off the 15-2 upset in the NCAA Tournament.

How’s your bracket looking now, America? Probably pretty crappy after Michigan State’s loss to Middle Tennessee, right? Don’t worry, we are all in the same boat, folks.

It was the eighth time in NCAA Tournament history a 15-seed upset a 2-seed, the first since 2013 when 15-seed Florida Gulf Coast felled 2-seed Georgetown, 78-65. The first time a 15-2 seed upset happened was during the 1991 NCAA Tournament, when 15-seed Richmond knocked off 2-seed Syracuse, 73-69.

The Blue Raiders sent the Spartans packing to the tune of a 90-81 final score.

And while Sparty lost, the Internet won. Twitter reactions poured in, Jordan crying faces took over, and Jim Harbaugh, somewhere, smiled.

Sorry, but it had to be done, Draymond.
