    New Montana State Coach Danny Sprinkle agreed to a three-year contract with the university, according to a signed memorandum of understanding obtained by Stadium via public records request.

    The contract term is from April 4, 2019 to April 30, 2022.

    The agreed upon salary in the memorandum of understanding was $164,000 annually. Sprinkle will also receive a fully reimbursed moving allowance, which is considered taxable income.

    Sprinkle signed the memorandum of understanding on April 4, 2019.

    He was previously an assistant coach at Cal State Fullerton for six seasons, along with two different stints on Cal State Northridge’s staff and two seasons as an assistant at Montana State from 2006-08.

    Sprinkle played for Montana State from 1995-99.
