Can Georgia Stay Perfect Against Tennessee?

#7 Georgia gears up for a Week 5 showdown with rival Tennessee at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville.

A year after losing to the Vols on a heart-breaking Hail Mary, #7 Georgia looks to stay perfect on the road against 3-1 Tennessee.

Even though the Bulldogs have looked impressive through the first quarter of the season, they could have their hands full with an underachieving Tennessee squad that will hope to get a spark from their fanbase.

When asked why Knoxville’s Neyland Stadium is such a tough venue to play in, Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart offered up a simple response: “(It’s) Loud. Loud. Loud.”

The raucous environment could be an issue for Georgia QB Jake Fromm, who took over for an injured Jacob Eason earlier in the season.

Luckily for UGA, if the stage proves to be too big for the young signal caller, Eason could see the field on Saturday.

“He’s improving. He’s gotten better with each day. He did a nice job yesterday, being able to move around some in the pocket. We did some drills with him, and had some rushes for him to move around,” Smart said to DawgNation.com while speaking about Eason.

Kickoff for Saturday’s SEC showdown is set for 3:30 PM ET.
