Oct. 25 at Navy 41, San Jose State 31 
And You Care Because … Navy pulled away in the second half as Keenan Reynolds ran wild, scoring his third touchdown run of the game in the third quarter, and DeBrandon Sanders took off for an eight-yard score on the way to a 38-17 lead. San Jose State’s offense worked, with Joe Gray throwing three touchdown passes and Tyler Ervin running for an eight-yard score, but the run defense couldn’t slow down the Midshipmen. 
What Else? Navy QB Keenan Reynolds completed 4-of-7 passes for 56 yards, and ran 39 times for 251 yards and three touchdowns 
– San Jose State QB Joe Gray completed 33-of-46 passes for 322 yards and three touchdowns and a score 
– Rushing yards: Navy 423 – San Jose State 100 
– San Jose State WR Tim Crawley caught eight passes for 102 yards and a score

Oct. 25 Nevada 26, at Hawaii 18 
And You Care Because … Down 10-0 after Hawaii got a 38-yard Donnie King touchdown catch and a 36-yard Tyler Hadden field goal, Nevada ripped off 26 straight points as Cody Fajardo ran for two scores from six and eight yards out and found Hasaan Henderson for a 16-yard touchdown. Hawaii scored on a five-yard Steven Lakalaka run in the final minute, but Nevada recovered the onside kick. 
What Else? Nevada QB Cody Fajardo completed 17-of-26 passes for 128 yards and a touchdown with an interception, and ran 23 times for 133 yards and two scores 
– Hawaii QB Ikaika Woolsey completed 18-fo-32 passes for 201 yards and a touchdown with an interception 
– Third down conversions: Nevada 10-of-20 (2-of-2 on 4th downs) – Hawaii 4-of-13 (2-of-2 on 4th downs)

Oct. 24 at Boise State 55, BYU 30 
And You Care Because … Grant Hedrick and the Boise State offense were unstoppable. Hedrick found four different receivers for touchdowns, ran for a 12-yarder, and Jay Ajayi ran for two scores in the rout. A 78-yard touchdown pass to Thomas Sperbeck put the Broncos up 20-0 in the second quarter, and Shane Williams-Rhodes answered a 17-yard touchdown run by BYU’s Jamaal Williams with a 49-yard score. To complete a wild few minutes, BYU answered right back with an 81-yard touchdown pass to Colby Pearson, only to be hit with two more Boise State touchdowns late in the half as the Broncos went into the locker room up 41-16. It wasn’t all easy for Hedrick, throwing a pick six to Fred Warner early in the third, but Boise State was never threatened. 
What Else? Boise State QB Grant Hedrick completed 24-of-31 passes for 410 yards and four touchdowns with an interception, and ran eight times for 29 yards and a touchdown 
– BYU QB Christian Stewart completed 23-of-38 passes for 259 yards and a touchdown with a pick, and he ran for a score 
– Boise RB Jay Ajayi ran 26 times for 118 yards and two score, and caught two passes for 26 yards 
– Total yards: Boise State 637 – BYU 322

Oct. 25 at Utah State 34, UNLV 20 
And You Care Because … The Aggies got three touchdown passes from Craig Harrison including a 69-yard pass play to Joe Hill and a 71-yarder to Jojo Natson on the way to an easy win. UNLV stayed in the game on two Blake Decker touchdown passes, but the offense couldn’t get back on the board until late in the fourth on a 41-yard Devonte Boyd scoring play on Decker’s third touchdown pass. Nick Diaz hit two field goals for the Aggies. 
What Else? Utah State QB Craig Harrison completed 13-of-23 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns, and ran nine times for 39 yards 
– UNLV QB Blake Decker completed 22-of-38 passes for 267 yards and three touchdowns with two picks
– Utah State WR Jojo Natson caught six passes for 124 yards and a touchdown 
– UNLV LB Tau Lotulelei made 15 tackles with three tackles for loss

Oct. 25 at Colorado State 45, Wyoming 31 
And You Care Because … Colorado State’s Garrett Grayson threw five touchdown passes including two to Rashard Higgins from 43 and 73 yards out on the way to a blowout. Grayson bombed away early, getting it to Dee Hart for a 21-yard score and Joe Hansley for a 65-yard touchdown. Wyoming was down 31-3 before finally getting into the end zone in the third quarter on the first of two Brian Hill one-yard runs. The Cowboys got two late touchdown passes from Colby Kirkegaard. 
What Else? Colorado State QB Garrett Grayson completed 18-of-21 passes for 390 yards and five touchdowns 
– Wyoming QB Colby Kirkegaard completed 24-of-38 passes for 335 yards and two touchdowns 
– Colorado State WR Rashard Higgins caught five passes for 174 yards and two touchdowns 
– Wyoming RB Brian Hill ran 28 times for 121 yards and two touchdowns
