Naismith Top 30 Men’s Players Announced


The Naismith Top 30 players for the 2016-17 college basketball season have been announced.


The Top 30 players in contention for the 2017 Naismith Men’s College Player of the Year have been announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club.

The Naismith Trophy is the annual award given to the player of the year in men’s and women’s basketball. A board of basketball coaches, administrators and journalists compose the voting academy that decide the recipient at the end of the college basketball season. The 30 players in the running for the trophy are as follows:
