Navy took its triple-option attack to Jacksonville and defeated Notre Dame 28-27 as quarterback Will Worth led the way with 175 rushing yards and two touchdowns as the Midshipmen made the Irish’s season even more miserable.

Tulsa used a balanced offensive attack to defeat ECU 45-24 with quarterback Dane Evans throwing for three touchdowns and 274 yards and the rushing attack shredding the Pirates for 342 yards.

What To Know About Navy

Worth has been excellent all season long after taking over for Tago Smith, rushing for 793 yards and 15 touchdowns. Four Midshipmen have more than 250 yards on the ground. Worth has brought something else to the offense: an arm. He has thrown for 1,035 yards and six touchdowns.

Slowing down the combination of Evans and running back James Flanders will be a top priority for Navy. Tulsa can put points on the board in a hurry.

What to Know About Arkansas

The Golden Hurricane are No. 9 in the nation in total offense, averaging 512.1 yards per game and score a whooping 42.4 points per game. Evans has been a stud, throwing for 2,244 yards and 18 touchdowns while Flanders has been able to find the end zone 14 times on the ground. Don’t discount D’Angelo Brewer either, has he has rushed for 973 yards, second only to Flanders’ 1,080.

Tulsa gives up 177.44 yards per game and will be challenged to stop Worthy and company. The Midshipmen will do what they know best: run the ball. The Golden Hurricane must stay

Navy vs. Tulsa Prediction

Both teams can move the ball and put up the points, but Tulsa has an advantage in that they can do it passing and rushing, with Evans having a fantastic year. The Midshipmen will be able to wear down the Golden Hurricane defense by pounding them with the run, but it won’t matter as Tulsa will be able to outscore and outlast Navy in Annapolis. Tulsa wins a high-scoring affair.
