Kansas Enters As Favorite In NCAA Tournament, UNC And Villanova Follow


Early NCAA Tournament betting odds have Kansas entering as the favorite to win it all, while a few blue-blood programs and some new teams follow in the odds.


The NCAA Tournament bracket is set, and some familiar faces are listed as the favorites to bring home the trophy at the end of all the madness.

Per Pregame.com, Kansas enters as the favorites with odds at 8/1. The Jayhawks are 28-4 on the season and looking to win its second championship under head coach Bill Self, and the program’s fourth overall.

Last season’s runner-up North Carolina and last year’s title winners Villanova follow with 9/1 odds. The Wildcats are trying to become the first repeat champions since Florida went back-to-back- in 2006 and 2007.

Gonzaga is a Cinderella no more, as the Bulldogs earned a No. 1 seed and are listed at 10/1 to win the program’s first national title. Powerhouses Duke and Kentucky are also listed with the same odds as the Blue Devils looking to win their sixth national title under the legendary Mike Krzyzewski and the Wildcats trying to claim their ninth championship overall.
