STADIUM DEBUTS LINEAR NETWORK ON SLING TV
CHICAGO – As the first nationally distributed sports network across the broadcast, cable and digital distribution landscape, Stadium today announced the launch of its 24/7 network on Sling TV, now available to subscribers of the “Sling Orange” and/or “Sling Blue” services.
“We first teamed up with Sling TV in 2016 for the launch of Stadium Plus, and we look forward to this next evolution as we launch Stadium 24/7 to its subscribers,” said Stadium CEO Jason Coyle. “We’ve made a commitment to provide sports fans the opportunity to watch Stadium across virtually any platform, and as a premier, industry leading streaming service, we’re thrilled to be on Sling TV.”
With this launch, Stadium 24/7 will be available in Sling Orange and/or Sling Blue services, while Stadium Plus – the network’s premium service that includes more than 500 exclusive live college games – will remain in Sling TV’s “Sports Extra” add-on service.
Sling TV viewers will now gain access to Stadium’s full content offering at an opportune time in the programming schedule – the culmination of college basketball season –enabling full access to a comprehensive schedule of exclusive, live men’s and women’s basketball games from Conference USA, Patriot League and the Atlantic 10 Conference along with daily “Campus Insiders” news and information featuring noted insider Jeff Goodman. In addition, viewers will also be able to enjoy Stadium’s new all-access weekly series “Running with the Pack” which gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the Top 10 ranked Nevada Basketball team. The college basketball coverage will complement Stadium’s ongoing multisport coverage across professional, collegiate, and high school ranks including daily studio offerings including The Territory, Emerge, Sauce & Shram, and Gametime in America.
