    Notre Dame vs. Georgia Tech

    Final Score: Notre Dame 30, Georgia Tech 22 

    1. Notre Dame busted open a tight game with 23 straight points on C.J. Prosise touchdown runs from 17 yards out and one yard away, and then he dropped the hammer with a 91-yard scoring in the fourth. The Irish started out the scoring on a 46-yard Will Fuller touchdown catch.

    2. Georgia Tech tied it on a five-yard Patrick Skov touchdown run, and then the offense started to struggle while the Irish attack heated up.

    3. The Yellow Jackets didn’t give up, getting 15 points in the final 48 seconds on two Justin Thomas touchdown passes to Skov.

    Notre Dame

    – DeShone Kizer completed 21-of-30 passes for 242 yards and a score with an interception.

    – C.J. Prosise ran 22 times for 198 yards and three scores, and Will Fuller caught six passes for 131 yards and a touchdown.

    – LB Joe Schmidt made ten tackles with a sack and two tackles for loss. Jaylon Smith made five tackles with a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and two broken up passes.

    Georgia Tech

    – Georgia Tech ran for 216 yards and a score, averaging just 4.6 yards per carry.

    – Justin Thomas completed 8-of-24 passes for 121 yards and two scores, and ran 11 times for 27 yards.

    – The Yellow Jackets had the ball for close to 33 minutes, but only converted 3-of-15 third down chances.
