The Buckeyes and Spartans have represented the Big Ten in the first two renditions of the College Football Playoff. Michigan hopes to crash that party this year and made a statement by routing Hawaii with quarterback Wilton Speight leading the way.
The Spartans didn’t look like the defending Big Ten champions in their opener against Furman. They have plenty of work to do before their matchup against Notre Dame in two weeks.
Wisconsin posted a huge victory over LSU at Lambeau Field. The Badgers will face Akron and Georgia State next before their Big Ten schedule really heats up.
