SEC Football Schedule: Week 1 Live Streams, TV Channels, Times

The SEC football schedule for Week 1 of the 2015 season, including live streams, TV channels, and game times.

SEC football is officially back this week, and with it comes a few heavy-hitting games, as well as the customary opening-weekend sleepers.

The SEC football schedule for Week 1 opens on Thursday, September 3 when South Carolina travels up the road to face North Carolina at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Steve Spurrier is looking to bounce back after a disappointing 2014 season. The Gamecocks posted a 7-6 overall record and 3-5 SEC mark.

Vanderbilt also welcomes Western Kentucky to Nashville on the opening night of FBS play.

The SEC takes a break on Friday and then ramps things up on Saturday. The headliner is a showdown between No. 3 Alabama and No. 20 Wisconsin in AT&T Stadium (Arlington, TX). Nick Saban hasn’t had much trouble opening with out-of-conference Power 5 opponents as of late, topping West Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Michigan by double digits in 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Two other out-of-conference matchups worth circling are No. 6 Auburn vs. Louisville and Texas A&M vs. No. 15 Arizona State. Both the ACC and Pac-12 have a chance to make a national statement if the Cardinals and Sun Devils can knock off the Tigers and Aggies, respectively.

The lone school welcoming in a new coach is Florida. Jim McElwain will get his first crack at livening up The Swamp against the New Mexico State Aggies on Saturday night. Nothing would make Gator fans happier than to see some offense from the orange and blue.
