FSU’s RayQuan Evans Stars In First Career Start

Not only did Rayquan Evans get the start for Florida State against NC State, he was also the star of the game for the Seminoles.  Evans scored 24 points on 9 of 11 shooting from the field, including going 2 for 2 from three.
