Sept. 27 Florida State 56, at NC State 41
And You Care Because … NC State appeared to be in control with a 24-7 first quarter lead helped by two terrific touchdown passes from Jacoby Brissett – starting out with a 54-yard pass to Bo Hines on the second play of the game – but Karlos Williams, Jameis Winston and the Seminoles took over and fought their way back. Down ten with just over 20 minutes to play, Winston found Wilson from 15 yards out to start out a 28-3 run to close out. North Carolina hung around on Marqise Williams touchdown passes from 17 yards away to Mack Hollins and 41 yards to T.J. Thorpe, and a two-yarder to Quinshad Davis and a 75-yarder to Ryan Switzer made it interesting.
